CONCERT ATTIRE
The purpose of having a dress code for concerts is to make sure the audience's attention is focused on the ensemble as a whole and not any particular individual(s) within the ensemble. The clothes worn should be modest, not designed to draw attention to one's appearance. Full concert dress is expected for all performances.
This season, we have decided to dress in "concert black" for all performances. Please read the guidelines below for your concert apparel.
All musicians should dress in all black. The following are the requirements fro any concert apparel and must be followed. All Items must be plain black and solid (without patterns). Seniors performing their senior solos may still dress more colorfully for that concert. The concert dresses that we have traditionally used will still be available for those who would like to wear them.
